Picnic on the Hill

We start out Saturday with an afternoon picnic at the beautiful Cal Anderson Park, located in the heart of the funky and eclectic neighborhood of Capitol Hill. Seattle’s known for its impeccable summer weather, especially in August, so don’t miss this great outdoor activity that is an exchange tradition! The picnic will be potluck style, so please refer to the list below to determine what to bring (Coming Soon!). Suggested items to bring: sunscreen, blanket, frisbee, sunglasses, flip flops (in case you wish to dance in the fountain!), other sports-related items, food!
Saturday Night Main Event + After Hours!
Washington Dance Club | 9PM - 5AM
Saturday evening we are camped out all night long at the Washington Dance Club’s Avalon Ballroom with 3 swinging bands playing music for you from 9:30pm - 3:30am, and DJ’d music until 5:00AM. Food and drinks will be available for a fulfilling evening of music and dancing entertainment!

Registration and Check-in will be open starting at 9PM. $25 at the door for the full evening. $10 after midnight.
The Backroom will host a cash bar from 9:00PM - 2:00AM. You must be 21+ and present valid ID to enter.
